Group video meetings are for live classes and meetings up to 30 participants.

Webinars are for any meeting or class that is over 30 participants.

Instructors schedule Group Video Meetings and Webinars from their Conferences tab. It's required to select meeting type and duration - we allow the length of meeting in 15m increments. You're also required to select recurrence - no recurrence, daily, weekly, or bi-weekly.

NOTE: If a live meeting reaches over 30 participants, it automatically becomes a webinar.

There is a button for Webinar On/Off toggle:

All invited participants will see the scheduled meeting on their Upcoming Video Meetings tab.
