To confirm your attendance, you must pay the course tuition by the listed course registration date. Two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or twenty-five percent (25%) of the total course tuition price, whichever is lesser, will be held as a non-refundable deposit.
The Refund Schedule below is for students who are dropping online classes. To request a withdrawal from class, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org. Your withdrawal request will be confirmed by email.
You must drop no later than the session drop deadline, which is four days after the start of class to receive a refund on tuition minus the non-refundable deposit. After the drop deadline passes, no refund will be issued.
If you are administratively canceled or withdrawn from a program due to non-compliance with program requirements (e.g. missed mandatory orientation, conduct violation, etc.) you will also be subject to the nonrefundable program fees as outlined above.
